We had a great Mindfulness Day today. Students got to experience therapy dogs in grades 2-5, breathing and calming exercises in kindergarten, yoga in grades 4 and 5, meditation in grade 3, and journaling in grade 2. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our learning of mindfulness throughout the month of March.
